Return & Cancellation Policy
At Even Express, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in good condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation where applicable. Even Express reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange request.
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. If a cancellation is approved before shipment, any eligible payment will be refunded through the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Even Express.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping charges, handling fees, or other service-related costs may not be refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Even Express reserves the right to refuse return, refund, replacement, or cancellation requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy or where misuse, damage caused by the customer, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
